Chteau Smith Haut Lafitte 2014 red presents a beautiful bright dark red dress.
On the nose we find very fresh notes of red fruits (strawberry, cherry).
In the mouth, the attack is fresh, balanced with a good concentration, it is the fruits that dominate, then the elegant and racy tannins take over to give a very harmonious bottle, a very classic style.
This 2014 vintage is a blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot.
Classified for its red wines and white wines, Chteau Smith Haut Lafitte is today one of the greatest classified growths of Pessac Lognan.
