The Flag of Telavi, Georgia is a rectangular banner featuring three horizontal bands of equal size. The top band is red, the middle one is white, and the bottom band is green. This tricolor design represents the three historic provinces of Georgia: Kartli in the center (white), Imereti to the west (green), and Kakheti to the east (red). The flag was officially adopted on October 18, 2006, by the Telavi City Assembly as the symbol for the city of Telavi. It is distinct from the national flag of Georgia, which has a different color arrangement and design elements.
